1. Bachelor degree in Computer, Electronics or related field; 35+ years old; Fluent in spoken and written English, skillful in PC & network; 5+ years experience of system design & development and project management; 3+ years experience of department management ; firm technology background on hardware and software, rich experience in R&D management and strong project management capability;
2. Conscientious and principled, honest, objective and equitable; active working attitude, strong discernment, and good at discovering the essence of problems and giving the reasonable solution; be attentive to working plan, working quality and efficiency, in pursuit of high performance and perfect;
