1. 2. Conscientious and principled, honest, objective and equitable; active working attitude, strong discernment, and good at discovering the essence of problems and giving the reasonable solution; be attentive to working plan, working quality and efficiency, in pursuit of high performance and perfect;
3. Strong capability in study, ideation, creativity and deploitation; be good at finding better working procedures from daily work so as to improve the whole team's quality; strong-minded, can lead team to overcome difficulties when facing challenge and pressure;
